4.Certificate Issuance Policy

A. Certificate Distribution

  • Wait Time for Certificate Printing: Please allow up to 1 month from the course completion date for the processing and printing of certificates.
  • Distribution Conditions: Certificates will only be distributed to participants who have successfully completed the course requirements and have made full payment of all fees. If the full payment is not received, the certificate will not be issued, regardless of course completion status.

B. Participant Responsibility

  • Name Verification: It is the participant’s responsibility to provide a valid photo ID before the course starts to ensure that the correct spelling of their name appears on the certificate.
  • The name provided on the photo ID will be used for certificate issuance. Charges incurred for reprint due to error on the participants part will be billed to the participant.

C. No Certificate for Non-Completion

  • Participants who do not complete the course requirements will not be eligible to receive a certificate, and no refund of fees, including any deposit, will be provided.

D. Special Requests for Certificate Modifications

  • Requests for reprinting certificates due to errors in name spelling caused by incorrect information provided by the participant may incur an additional fee.
  • Certificate modification requests must be submitted in writing to [Company Email] within 14 days of receiving the certificate.

5. Payment Policy

  • Course Fees: All fees for the course must be paid in full before access to the course is granted.

4. Refund Policy

A. General Refund Terms

  • Deposit Refund: To secure your spot in the course, a deposit of 50% of the total course fee is required at the time of registration. This deposit is non-refundable once the course has commenced.
  • If you decide to cancel your registration before the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • No deposit refund will be issued for cancellations made on or after the course start date.

B. Course Completion and Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Failure to Complete the Course: If you do not complete the course for any reason, including but not limited to lack of participation, failure to attend scheduled sessions, or non-submission of required coursework, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees, including both the deposit and the remaining balance of the course.
  • The course is designed as a comprehensive training program, and refunds are not issued to participants who discontinue the course at any stage after it has begun.

C. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds for exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of [Company Name]. Documentation may be required to support your claim.
  • Even in these exceptional cases, a maximum of 50% of the deposit may be refunded if a valid reason for withdrawal is provided before the halfway point of the course.

D. Processing Refunds

  • Harassment, abuse, or other disrespectful behavior towards instructors, staff, or fellow students will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
